This guide will help you get the most out of your fundraising with us.
We recommend logging in any time you want to use our site’s features. Log in to the site using the Affiliate Login page. This will provide you with more information, easy access to your fundraising link, and will add customization to our automated reminder emails.
You must be logged in to track the emails sent through our platform toward rewards.
Be sure to use the individual username you got by email to log in. You will be able to set your own password by using the “Lost your password?” link under the text boxes.
On your dashboard after you log in, you will find your individual, customized affiliate link. This will track the amount you have raised toward your group’s shared goal. It is only valid for the current fundraiser you are enrolled in.
Copy and paste that link into your browser to go to your project page, which will show your group’s progress toward your shared goal, days remaining, and number of different donors.
Below the fundraiser info, there is a description tab and a backers tab. When you are logged in, the backer’s tab should show every donation made using your customized link.
Note: the backers tab is not visible to anyone but you, and only when you are logged in, for the privacy of donors.
By clicking the “Share Project” button, you can enter email addresses (either by copying and pasting, or allowing the secure, one-time access to your device or email service contact lists) or share to Facebook and X/Twitter. You can also copy your link to paste on other social media platforms or into your texting app.
The major benefit to using the email function is that all contacts are entered into our automated email service. 6 and 2 days before the fundraiser ends, any contact submitted that has not donated to your project will get a reminder email with your customized link reminding them to do so! These contacts are regularly purged and will not be saved, given out, or used again.
FAQ
Can I change my name or user name?
Please contact your rep if there was an issue with the first or last name provided to them. After data is input, usernames are automatically generated by the software, but the name on your profile may be edited.
How can I tell who has donated using my link?
Log into the site using the Affiliate Login page, then click your link on the dashboard. Below the fundraiser info at the top, there is a description tab and a backers tab. When you are logged in, the backer’s tab should show every donation made using your customized link. Note: the backers tab is not visible to anyone but you, and only when you are logged in, for the privacy of donors.
Can I take cash donations?
In order to assure tracking, only electronic donations are part of our system. If you collect cash for your fundraiser, a parent/guardian can make an equal electronic donation using your affiliate link in order to enter those donations into the system to be tracked and counted.
What do donors/backers see?
They will only be able to see the project information, ending date, and your group’s total number of donors and amount raised when they visit your link. When a backer completes a donation, they will get a receipt at the email address they provide. We do not collect email addresses, and no one will be added to any marketing lists.
When you input their email by clicking on “Share Project” and then the envelope icon, they will get a brief email along with your link. They are also added to an automatic reminder email queue, which sends emails 6 and 2 days before the end date of your fundraiser.
